Dan was prompt and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. My cast iron toilet flange was cracked. Dan installed a Danco repair flange, replaced the wax seal and reinstalled the toilet. The bill came out to $625 for 1.75 hrs of work, which included an extra $275 to chip away some tile to make room for the repair flange. I understand I am also paying for Dan’s knowledge, so you can decide if his price is fair. Ultimately, I felt taken advantage of and overcharged, especially with the extra $275 for chipping away tile. Although Dan was prompt and resolved the problem, the work performed did not justify the price. Therefore, I would not reconsider TNT Plumbing for future service and will look elsewhere.

I am impressed with Dan’s responsiveness. Throughout the process, he was incredibly patient, always responding to my text messages in a timely manner which made communication seamless. Even though I received a bit lower quote from other contractor, I decided to go with Dan based on his impressive professionalism. In hindsight, I made the right decision. Thank you Dan!

He is very friendly, professional, and honest, when my mom asked him about something he gave her his honest professional opinion, he did not try to rush her into anything. My highest recommendation. Dan was very professional and thorough with his work. He explained the process clearly and finished the job quickly. He even took a look at other potential plumbing needs for the future. Pricing was also very reasonable.

Damn was great. Came out in the rain to relax lace my hot water expansion tank. He took care not to track up my floors with wet boots. Would definitely call him again.

The owner Dan come out on a Saturday on an emergency pipe burst within a hour, so thank you for that! But he tried to charge me 2 hours labor for a 30 min job that included capping off the pipe with a shark bite cap. He didn’t even fix the hose bib pipe because he said he was busy and needed to come back, requesting another $195 to complete the job. Please stop overcharging people.

Came out to diagnose problem without giving pricing. Once sent over pricing I expressed concerns over how much he was charging. He asked if I could afford it which I thought was very unprofessional and beside the point. I then let him know I would be getting a second estimate. When I did he then called over and over. He then said he could have worked with me on pricing after I said I was going with the second quote. He then continued to call insisting I pay for his time to come to my house which was never disclosed prior to coming. Most companies will come for free to estimate the work. I ended up going with someone else who charged less than half what he was going to charge to replace a coupling and clean the boilers. I understand that he spent time but it is not my fault nor my responsibility. Next time I would suggest he price out his work as soon as possible.
